Frances Tsigonias Lutfy, Esq.
Ms. Lutfy began her career as a lawyer in the Manhattan maritime firm that defended Captain Hazelwood in the Exxon Valdez case. She was involved in all aspects of the practice, including personal injury claims brought by seaman and longshoremen.
She was in house counsel for State Farm defending those sued in all types of personal injury cases. This allowed her to gain insight of insurance company tactics, which has been an invaluable asset to Lutfy and Lutfy, P.C.

John Charles Lutfy, Esq.
Mr. Lutfy, the founder of the firm, began his legal career as an investigator for a preeminent personal injury and medical malpractice firm located in Brooklyn. Upon admission into the bar, he went to work for this Brooklyn firm helping injury victims. He learned early on in his career that thorough and early investigation is the earmark of a success litigation and settlement negotiation and that communication with the client is crucial to the outcome of a case.
